Job Summaries

Communications Technician--Information Systems & Technology--Installs, terminates, tests, and troubleshoots data communications cable systems. 

Administrative Assistant (Part-time)--Graduate Education Counseling--Under general supervision, oversees and manages all office procedures and other tasks as assigned by the Director. This position is part-time, scheduled to work 25 hours/week and is eligible for some benefits, including Health Insurance, but is NOT eligible for tuition discount.

Clinical Secretary--Physician Assistant Program--Under direct supervision (with moderate oversight), performs a range of basic office support activities for the Clinical Office of the Physician Assistant Program, such as answering the phones and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, and/or word processing work as assigned. Assist the Clinical Administrative Assistant throughout the year with correspondence, data entry and other related duties.

Administrative Assistant--Physician Assistant Program--Under general supervision, coordinates, oversees, and/or performs a wide variety of administrative support activities for the program director. Assignments may be confidential in nature. Provides and coordinates staff and program faculty support. Coordinates special events. May serve on a variety of academic committees in a support capacity.

IT Coordinator--Physician Assistant Program--Under general supervision, assists in technology budget planning; researches, recommends and implements new technology resources for classroom instruction; conducts training on use of networks, software and applications for faculty and students.

Secretary--Admissions--Under direct supervision, performs a range of basic office support activities for the department, such as answering the phones and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, and/or word processing work as assigned.

Secretary--Modern Foreign Languages--Under direct supervision, performs a range of basic office support activities for the department, such as answering the phones and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, and/or word processing work as assigned.
